Happy Sunday, yogis! I’m making this post quick and simple since I am away with the fam on our last road trip before school resumes this week. I love a good getaway but I never leave yoga at home. Armed with my trusty travel yoga mat (I own this one from Jeff’s Place), I can take my practice wherever I go. It fits perfectly in the bottom of my weekend duffle and doesn’t take up much room. I highly recommend it if you plan to go away soon but don’t want to do yoga on a dirty hotel room floor (because like ew).
Now, on to today’s practice:
The Instructor: Koya Webb
The Practice: AM Flow (20 minutes)
When I said I was keeping it quick and simple today, I meant that! I decided to make it a Koya Webb weekend. After doing her detox flow yesterday, I realized how much I missed her instruction so I did her morning flow this AM. It also helps that she recorded it in a bedroom that looks strangely similar to my hotel suite. LOL! This is beginner friendly (skip the headstand at the end!), leaving you with a yoga glow (damn near no sweat TBH.) Enjoy yogis!
