November is a time to give thanks, so the poses we’re doing for that month’s challenge are all designed to celebrate gratitude for others and for ourselves.

If you’re new to the challenge, welcome and don’t worry. All poses are beginner-friendly and the challenge is hella simple!
- Mark your calendar for each of the poses from November 1st through November 7th.
- Take a picture, GIF, or short video of yourself in the pose of the day.
- Post it online under the hashtag #NovDailyFlow.
- Follow the hashtag to like other yogi pics and encourage every body to do that yoga!
